Born and raised in nearby North Brunswick and currently residing in East Brunswick, Danielle M. Lozito is a graduate of Rider University in Lawrenceville and earned her J.D. from New York Law School, magna cum laude. She is a admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and New Jersey Federal Courts.
Following law school, Danielle M. Lozito completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Edward J. Ryan in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County.
After completion of her judicial clerkship, Danielle M. Lozito spent the following nine years with a highly respected, mid-sized law firm with offices in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania specializing in general litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage issues as well as property damage.
After ten years of practice, and in the pursuit of entrepreneurialship, Danielle M. Lozito established Lozito Law, LLC in North Brunswick, NJ.
In December of 2013, Danielle M. Lozito will be bestowed the honor of having completed a fellowship with the prestigious Lead NJ program, which is administered by the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
