Danielle started her career in insurance coverage litigation but always knew her heart was in real estate. Eventually, Lozito Law, LLC was formed in 2013 and after being that so-called “general practitioner,” she found herself falling into the niche practice of transactional real estate, both commercial and residential. The nature of real estate law is that it is the one area of the law where there is absolutely NO substitute for real life, field type experience. Each and every transaction brings new facts, circumstances, challenges, nuances, pitfalls and client idiosyncrasies that present as learning experiences which help us come out stronger and better equipped to handle the next transaction that we are retained for.

Alyssa has dedicated her career to helping her clients through stressful situations. After spending the first ten years of her law practice representing parents during the emotional and often challenging adoption process, she later took a sabbatical to raise her own two daughters. Now focusing primarily on real estate law, Alyssa brings to her practice the unusual blend of compassion and legal know-how, prioritizing each client’s unique needs and emotional well being during a process which can often feel overwhelming and unpredictable.
Alyssa has a remarkable ability to connect with clients on a personal level to make them understand the process, know what to expect, and navigate through any difficulties.
Alyssa has taught continuing legal education courses in adoption law and given several seminars on the subject of real estate.
